The particular requirements of the technology branches such as, in particular, information technology, electronics, Internet and media do not stop short of employment law. These branches are bound to have flexible terms of employment to be able to react to the ever changing market as quickly as possible. Also, due to the increasing use of the new media in each company, legal obligations on the protection of its employees’ personal data need to be carefully drafted and strictly adhered to by every company.
